🔄 Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right!

  • Eligibility for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
    • Products must be in the same condition as when you received them, with all tags and accessories included.
    • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal misuse cannot be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used nail polishes, lash glues, or other liquid products (for hygiene reasons).
    • Used press-on nails or false eyelashes unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
    • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

🛠 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We’ll review your request and send you detailed return instructions. If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label (shipping fees may apply).
  3. Send the Item Back: Pack your item securely and send it back using the provided shipping label or your preferred carrier.

💸 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

🔁 Exchanges

Need a different style or shade? No problem! You can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive the returned item. If the new item is of higher value, we’ll send you a link to pay the difference.

📦 Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: We’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • Other Returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size/color): Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost packages.

❗ Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can quickly resolve the issue. We’ll either replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer!
