    • Estimated delivery time: 7–15 business days
    • Shipping fee: Free

  • Expedited Shipping

    • Available for all orders
    • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days
    • Shipping fee: $15.90

📦 Order Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

The total estimated delivery time is the sum of the processing time and shipping time:

  • For Standard Delivery: 8-18 working days (1-3 days for processing + 7-15 days for shipping).
  • For Expedited Delivery: 4-10 working days (1-3 days for processing + 3-7 days for shipping).

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, opened nail polishes, used false eyelashes, and custom-made products cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item, we’ll ship your replacement once we receive the original item.

Return Shipping Fees:

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
